RadhikaGems.com offers you a very easy and simple 10 days Return & Replacement Policy.
Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the RadhikaGems team.
3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc
5. No return or exchange will be made if you are unsure about the design, size or colour after delivery.
Return or Replacement Policy on Loose Gemstones:
For loose gemstones, with invoice value, upto Rs 49,999: You can return the gemstone with 90% MONEY BACK within the 10-days period by meeting the conditions above.
For loose gemstones, with invoice value Rs 50,000 and above: You can get replacement or you can buy any other gemstone in the same price within 10-days period by meeting the conditions above.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Important Notes:
- Return Shipment is at customer’s cost.
- Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
- Return of the amount will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
- Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded. For ccAvenue payment gateway, these are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%); and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards;Â For Paypal, these are 5.19%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
No Returns/Refunds Applicable In The Below Cases
- Shipping Charges are not refundable.
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address
- Customised orders (Gemstone Jewellery made to order)
- Damages due to neglect & improper usage
- Failed delivery attempt by our respective courier service agent
- Package refused by recipient
- Sizing issues, thus be sure about the Ring size before placing order
- Products returned in used or damaged conditions
- Non-payment of custom duty (if applicable) or non-compliance of customs policies/instructions
- Minor colour and design variation. All natural gemstones & jewellery are handcrafted, so there may be slight variation from the photographs on our website.
- If the gemstone/jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
RadhikaGems team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
